Sharing pics of the delicious Moo Goo Gai Pan I ordered last night. Had arrived early for a meeting so I could enjoy supper with others. The staff has always been attentive, and last night I think they’re starting to recognize me. I think I’ve only been there three times. Food does not disappoint and the staff does a good job of anticipating your needs. I would suggest not ordering the same thing every time you go just so that you can get a better idea of what they have to offer. Until next time ...

Chris Rooney Home Experts recommends Fong's, a Chinese restaurant which has been in the local community for a long time, for meeting with friends and family. The buffet is great and convenient, while the food they offer to go is usually satisfying for everyone in the family. The inside of the restaurant is very large, clean, and well kept. It's a great place for any kind of gathering. This restaurant is worth going!

Not too many Asian restaurants really stand out. Fong's in Prior Lake not only stands out, they've raised the standard! From a spotless kitchen and bathrooms to THE EXTRAORDINARY appetizers and entrees. Proprietary recipes exemplify the talented chefs at the Prior Lake location. They've thought of everything regarding authentic American Chinese cuisine regarding blending flavors, the sharp creation of proprietary sauces, and the care in preparation. Even the unsweetened iced tea has an amazing blend of herb and tea leaves. This family run business deserves a visit at least one visit...Fong's Prior Lake will be seeing me once a week, indefinitely. I had two entrees and an appetizer. I won't tell you which ones because you really need to consume that menu. (Okay, okay, ya bent my arm) Mandarin beef - spicy, Chicken Mushroom Chow Mein, Fong's Wings, and Chicken Wonton soup. Again, PROPRIETARY recipes, crafted with years of experimentation. If they won't serve it to mom, they won't serve it at all.

Oh my gosh my take-out order which was delivered by none other than Brooklynn Holmberg was exquisite. Love the customer service and will certainly be a regular. She for sure deserves a raise!

I ordered Gen Tao Chicken. The sauce was perfect and vegs fresh and nicely sauteed. My only complaint was the rice was cold and the chicken texture was like it had been put thru a tenderizer machine which makes the texture different than I like it. My dinner was 18. My husband had the stir fry shrimp and scallops with vegetables. He said was excellent. His cost 21. So with tip our meal was like 53 for the two of us. That is generally on the high end for us. But it was a lovely place for a nice date.

Was a very enjoyable rare date night out and the food and service was top notch! We had a wonderful time and we could comfortably have a conversation with the mild background noise. The waiter was fantastic, left us to enjoy our time there but was on top of anything and everything we needed or requested. The food was delightful and very flavorful. We will be back again to try other dishes and appetizers! Wonderful place to eat
